Dolpha Construction Limited is a wholly Ghanaian owned registered building and civil engineering firm founded in October 2008 with its office in Greater Accra region near Oyibi off Dodowa road. Benefiting from and utilizing the vast experiences of the founders and partners with vast experience in Africa, Dolpha Construction Limited is now one of the medium scale construction companies by way of quality, performance, time and cost in Ghana.
Dolpha’s vision for the future is strategically focused on the provision of technical expertise for the delivery of end to end construction and engineering solutions. Dolpha is committed to providing efficient world class services to the construction and engineering sector. We provide our valued client/customers with high quality, real time, on-schedule and cost effective services.

Sena holds BSc. (Hons) Building Technology and Diploma in Business Administration and has 14years of professional construction management experience from Ghana and Nigeria. Before helping to establish Dolpha Construction Limited Sena worked 4 years of which he worked as a Construction Manager for Transglobal Energy Ltd in Nigeria, MEDIPLAN as Project Offer for 3 years in Nigeria, Jescan Construction Limited, as Project Manager for 5 years and Trasacco Estates Ltd in Ghana as Site Supervisor for 2 years.
Sena has worked on wide range of construction projects including multi-storey commercial and residential developments, design and build forms, water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, water supply systems, road and mining construction.
Quantity Surveyor/Contract Manager: EMMANUEL A.ASANTE
Academic Qualification: BSc.(Hons) Building Technology and GhIS Member
Emmanuel has been involved in the construction of building and civil engineering projects, quantity surveying and cost engineering, project management and contract administration since 2001.Projects range from road construction, commercial/residential to industrial building projects located in West Africa (Ghana and Liberia).

- Safety, Health and Environmental management go beyond zero harm and we will endeavor to understand and learn from every incident and at-risk behavior, by encouraging active participation in the reporting and resolution of these.
- Zero harm can be achieved through the participation and involvement of all employees.

Dolpha Construction Ltd provides a copy of this EHS Processes and Procedures (herein referred to as the “Manual”) to all individual workforces after receiving an award. The contract that follows a bid award indicates that the firm or individual is responsible for knowing and complying with the information provided in this Manual. Dolpha expects these performance requirements to be understood prior to work commencing, be included in a project specific EHS Plan and be strictly complied with. At Dolpha Safety is a Condition of Employment. Even though construction priorities may change, Safety is a value at Dolpha.
